The Postgraduate Programme in Agile Project Management for the AI Era combines Agile methodologies, leadership and Artificial Intelligence tools in a highly practical approach geared towards the real-world challenges faced by organisations. Throughout the programme, participants develop their skills through real-world case studies, simulations, collaborative projects and interaction with experienced industry professionals.
Closely aligned with the leading international Agile certifications, this postgraduate programme prepares professionals to lead projects, manage change and use Artificial Intelligence critically and responsibly, fostering innovation, collaboration and the continuous delivery of value.

With a degree in Business Management from UCP, a Master’s in Information Systems Management from ISEG, and currently a PhD candidate at NOVA IMS, he has over 25 years of experience at the intersection of Management and Information Technology.
He has led digital transformation projects across sectors such as banking, telecommunications, energy, and insurance in Portugal, Switzerland, Angola, and Mozambique, closely following the evolution of Agile methodologies since their inception.
As Director of Application Development and Director of Information Systems, he has worked in areas such as Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Low-Code, RPA, and UX/UI, developing a comprehensive view of technology and its application.
Throughout his career, he has worked with prominent clients such as Banco de Portugal, Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos (Pordata), EDP, Fidelidade, Tranquilidade, Galp, and Vodafone. As a guest speaker at various events and contributor to the editorial project newDATAmagazine®, he has also dedicated part of his career to promoting and disseminating technology management.
Specialist in Digital Transformation, Process Intelligence and AI-Driven Business Process Transformation at Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions
Currently, she develops process transformation and organizational improvement initiatives at Volkswagen Digital Solutions, combining Process Intelligence, Business Process Management and data analytics to identify opportunities for the integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency, strengthening governance and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
With experience across multinational environments in the technology, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical and private equity sectors, she has developed initiatives focused on organizational transformation, operational improvement, M&A and post-merger integration.
She previously led M&A and post-merger integration projects within a private equity environment, in a company belonging to the BC Partners portfolio, one of Europe’s leading investment funds, managing digital transformation initiatives related to cloud, data analytics, software migration and operational integration.
She also worked at SONAE within the Internal Audit function, focusing on process audits, operational model assessment, internal controls and the identification of improvement opportunities across multiple business areas, including retail, food service, petcare and industry.
She served as Technical and Quality Director in the veterinary pharmaceutical sector, leading logistics improvement projects, regulatory compliance initiatives, process digitalization and operational optimization within GMP/GDP environments.
Finally, she acts as a consultant in market analysis and as a Guest Lecturer in topics related to artificial intelligence.
