Leading Digital Change: Strategies and Tools
Overview

Technology can be acquired. Transformation has to be led.

Digital transformation is, above all, an organizational challenge. It requires strategic vision, the ability to mobilize, effective communication, and a structured approach to change. It also requires leaders who are able to create alignment, manage expectations, and ensure that teams understand the purpose of the transformations underway.

For organizations based in the Azores, digitalization represents an opportunity to increase productivity, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness. However, capturing these benefits requires the development of internal capabilities to lead change processes in a consistent and sustainable way.

This course explores the factors that determine the success of digital transformation initiatives, providing practical tools to plan, implement, and monitor organizational change processes. Combining perspectives from management, technology, and organizational behavior, participants will develop skills to lead transformations with lasting impact.
