The Gamification in Products and Services module addresses the practical application of gamification in the design, evolution, and optimisation of physical and digital products and services.
In a context where users are increasingly demanding, well-informed, and overwhelmed by stimuli, the real challenge is no longer capturing attention, but maintaining relevance, continuity, and long-term relationships over time.
This module is grounded in the principle that a good product is not only functional, but also understandable, engaging, and aligned with human behaviour. Gamification is approached as a behavioural design tool, embedded from the outset, helping to structure the user journey, clarify goals, reduce friction, reinforce learning, and create meaningful progression.
