Sérgio is an Associate Partner at Deloitte Portugal, with more than 30 years of professional experience. At Deloitte, Sérgio is the Smart Cities and Local Government Global Tech Architect at the Smart Cities Global Leadership Team, after being the product and business head of CitySynergy^TM, Deloitte’s Smart Cities and Communities Operating System. Smart Cities is one of the Priority Domains for Deloitte.

Before joining Deloitte in 2016, Sergio began his career as founder and CEO of MegaMedia, market leader in eBusiness solutions, moving in 2000 to Portugal Telecom with several assignments such as a PT Prime and PT Information Systems Board member, Head of Corporate Business Products and Services development or Director of Tier 1 Clients Managed Services.
