Throughout his professional and academic career, Nuno has accumulated skills that meet the challenges of the so-called dual transition (green transition and digital transformation).

He currently leads digital transformation projects, designing and coordinating the implementation of CRM, Digital Marketing, Ux/Ui, Data Analytics, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions.

He has 30 years’ professional experience in business consultancy, having carried out projects in various areas such as strategic planning and corporate monitoring, digital transformation and industry 4.0, sustainability, operational efficiency and cost reduction, strategic sourcing and e-procurement, organisational restructuring and change management.

Nuno began his professional career as a consultant at Deloitte, was a Unit Director at various consulting firms, was a founding partner of Leadership Business Consulting and a Partner at LCG Consulting.

In addition to consultancy, he was a Partner at Moneris Innovation Lab and Coordinator of Pillar 2 – Digital Transformation of Companies and Entrepreneurship of the Portugal Digital Mission Structure, where he led digital transformation initiatives to promote the digitalisation of companies and catalyse innovation in industry, specifically in the design and creation of national networks of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH), Test Beds and Technology Free Zones (ZLT), as well as the development of the Digital Maturity Assessment model and the creation of the National Digital Maturity Certification System (Digital Maturity Seals).
