Alexandre Real is an entrepreneur and Owner of several companies. He is also an influent speaker in several seminars and workshops on Leadership and team management , Motivation, Training, Entrepreneurship, Management and Team building.

Since 2005 Alexandre participates in the coordination of several training programmes, such as 24H de Gestão, 24H de Logística, 24H de Gestão CORPORATE, 24H de Gestão de Projetos, 24H de Liderança among others.

Since 2016 belongs to the coordination team of “Rock in Rio Academy”. Recently he awarded the “Fire Hydrant Award” by MIT Professional Education, in recognition of the MIT values of “excellence, meritocracy, bravery, humility, curiosity, passion for solving difficult problems, and a strong desire to do good for society”.

In May 2021, with the support of Jornal de Negócios, it co-created the first solidarity NFT in Portugal, funds for the support of SOS Children’s Villages. Alexandre has a Master in Management and an BSc in Law with specialisation in Legal and Economic Sciences.
