With a Master’s Degree in Business Management, a Law Degree with a specialisation in Legal and Economic Sciences, an MBA in Business Planning and Strategy, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Team Development.

In 1999, he was honoured by ANJE as the winner of the Business Ideas Competition at the Lusíada University in Lisbon. Co-author of the management book ‘Casos Empresariais’ Alentejo. Collaborated on the International Marketing book ‘Portuguese ChampionsAbroad’. He was a consultant on the European project EUFACINET – European Network of Facilitators, and also has experience in business consultancy.

In 2007 and 2014, he was part of the coordination team that won the ‘Best Motivation and Incentive Event in Portugal’ – “24 Hours of Management” and “24 Hours of Logistics”.

Between 2012 and 2016, he was a lecturer on the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Training and Team Development at I.S.P.A.- IU.

Since 2016, he has been a member of the Rock in Rio Academy coordination team.

Since 2013, he has been honoured several times as one of the most influential people (among more than a million participants) in the Harvard LinkedIn group.

Since January 2020, he has been a member of the strategic board of the City of Guarda’s bid to become European Capital of Culture 2027.

Since 2021, he has been co-coordinator of the ‘Hi-Tech Leadership’ programme at NOVA School of Sciences and Technology, NOVA FCT. In March 2021, in recognition of MIT’s values of ‘excellence, meritocracy, courage, humility, curiosity, passion for solving difficult problems and a strong desire to contribute to society’, he was honoured with the “Fire Hydrant Award” by MIT Professional Education.
