Executive Director of APFM – Portuguese Association of Facility Management, FMHOUSE Regional Director, Head of AcademiaFM, the Facility Management Training and Certification programme in Facility Management in partnership with SGS. As well as running APFM in Portugal, he is a consultant for Facility Management projects in South America and Europe.

At European level, he has been a member of the Board, the Programme Advisory Board and was an Ambassador for EuroFM, the European Facility Management network. He is a member of the Technical Committee responsible for work related to Facility Management (EN15221 and ISO410XX) at IPQ.

Miguel Alves Agostinho was previously Sales and Marketing Director at Konica Minolta Portugal and SDG Simuladores de Gestão, and was also Director of Projects financed by the European Social Fund and Mentor of social entrepreneurship projects as a guest at ISCTE-IUL.

Miguel Alves Agostinho has a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from IST and a postgraduate qualification from ISCTE in Commercial Management
