Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Delivery & Product Manager, BTC and Finance

He has been a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org since 2018, having trained over 7,500 students on official courses, both face-to-face and online, in both Europe and South America. He has also been a trainer for other organisations such as ProKanban.org and Management 3.0. He has translated into Portuguese the following seminal books in the Agile world: ‘Scrum: A Pocket Guide’ by Gunther Verheyen, and ‘When Will It Be Done?’ by Daniel Vacanti.

 

With over 20 years’ experience in software development and product management, he has walked the entire path he teaches: he has been a developer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach and Delivery Manager in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy and e-commerce. He co-founded Agile.Inc, a consultancy specialising in agile methods and product delivery, and has organised seven editions of Scrum Day, one of Brazil’s largest agility conferences.

 

In terms of his academic qualifications, he holds a Master’s degree in Production Systems Management, as well as postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and Information Systems Analysis.
