Alexandra Santos is CEO | Founder of CPlace, an Architecture, Design and Consultancy company with specialised skills in the areas of Workplace Strategy, Experience Design, Change Management and Sustainability, focused on creating humanised environments.

She graduated in Architecture in 2000, has a Master’s degree in Construction Technologies from IST (2008) and is certified in Work Environments by the German institution Mensch&Büro-Akademie. With an active collaboration with the APFM, she is currently secretary of the Technical Commission CT 192 – Facility Management and a member of CEN WG9. She currently heads the Women in Facility Management group in Portugal.
