I authorize FCT NOVA | Executive Education Team’s processing of my personal data in accordance with the law in force as part of its activities for the purposes of managing the training programs and related activities (detailed below). According to the law, I am informed that I am guaranteed, as the holder of the personal data processed, the right of access, rectification, and erasure of my personal data processed under this database. FCT Nova assures visitors to FCT NOVA | Executive Education website respect for their privacy.

This information helps us continually improve the content and functionality of our website, improving your user experience. Who has access to your personal data

FCT NOVA is the entity responsible for processing the users personal data of its services and its websites (such as exceed.fct.unl.pt). However, this data may be collected and/or used by FCT NOVA’s partners, namely technology partners and media and advertising agencies. FCT NOVA makes sure that its partners are subject to confidentiality obligations regarding this data that are no less rigid than FCT NOVA’s

When establishing relationships with external service providers, these entities are required to act following our internal data security and confidentiality policies when processing user data.

Why we collect your personal data

The purpose of the personal data processing is the management of training programs organized by FCT NOVA. From time to time, FCT NOVA a may use the contact information provided to give information it deems relevant, and you are always allowed to stop receiving such information.

Data is also collected for use by FCT NOVA Executive Education marketing activities, to compile aggregate statistics, metrics, and generalized trend elements for the enhancement and optimization of advertising campaigns, and for other marketing, promotional, and analytical purposes.

When will you have access to your collected personal data

Under the terms provided by law, the user is guaranteed at any time the right to access, update and rectification of their personal data, as well as the right to oppose the processing of such personal data or make it available on the website, upon request, addressed to NOVA FCT | Executive Education Team, formalized by email executive.education@fct.unl.pt

How long do we store your information

We will keep your personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
