After two post-doctoral positions in different scientific areas, he initiated the collaboration with\u00a0 NOVA FCT.<\/p>\n<p>He appears twice on the \u201cWorld&#8217;s Top 2% Scientists by University of Stanford\u201d list, USA, in 2021 and 2022.<\/p>\n<p>He took on the role of coordinator for the Master in Maritime Logistics in 2024, an innovative international joint program between NOVA FCT and the Portuguese Naval Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously, he spearheaded the international project &#8220;Mobility for Maritime Logistics (M4ML),&#8221; funded by EEA Grants, promoting bilateral exchange opportunities between Portugal and Norway in the Maritime Logistics field.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of societal impact, he contributed to the development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for NOVA Cairo and evaluated projects for various funds, including MIT Portugal Program, Austrian Science Fund and Swiss Science Fund.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3871,"template":"","class_list":["post-3861","faculty_nova","type-faculty_nova","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.9 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Radu has a Ph.D. in Engineering and Industrial Management obtained in July 2016.
