{"id":3582,"date":"2023-11-04T17:38:01","date_gmt":"2023-11-04T17:38:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/execed.fct.unl.pt\/faculty_nova\/luis-baltazar\/"},"modified":"2024-09-27T14:16:17","modified_gmt":"2024-09-27T13:16:17","slug":"luis-baltazar","status":"publish","type":"faculty_nova","link":"https:\/\/execed.fct.unl.pt\/en\/faculty_nova\/luis-baltazar\/","title":{"rendered":"Lu\u00eds Baltazar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>He is a Civil Engineer and holds a PhD in Civil Engineering in the speciality of Construction Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at NOVA School of Science and Technology (NOVA FCT) and a researcher in the Soft and Bio-functional Materials Group at the Materials Research Centre (CENIMAT|i3N).<\/p>\n<p>He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Department of Civil Engineering at NOVA FCT and is the coordinator of the Master&#8217;s programme in Building Rehabilitation at NOVA FCT.<\/p>\n<p>His main research interests focus on the rheology of building materials, the conservation and rehabilitation of buildings (with a focus on the hygrothermal performance of buildings) and eco-sustainable building materials.
