She also is the head of Rheumatology Unit from Hospital do Santo Espirito de Angra do Hero\u00edsmo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She graduated in Medicine (Rheumatology) from the Lisbon School of Medicine, University of Lisbon. She also completed the Clinical Scholars Research Training I and II from Harvard Medical School- Portugal Program, a two-year training program on clinical research. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She finished her PhD in Medicine, Rheumatology at Faculdade de Medicina, University of Lisbon. Her research is focuses on the EpiDoC cohort a population-based study on chronic diseases in particular Rheumatic diseases (osteoporosis) and aging.
