Co-author of the management book \u2018Casos Empresariais\u2019 Alentejo. Collaborated on the International Marketing book \u2018Portuguese ChampionsAbroad\u2019. He was a consultant on the European project EUFACINET &#8211; European Network of Facilitators, and also has experience in business consultancy.<\/p>\r\n<p>In 2007 and 2014, he was part of the coordination team that won the \u2018Best Motivation and Incentive Event in Portugal&#8217; &#8211; \u201c24 Hours of Management\u201d and \u201c24 Hours of Logistics\u201d.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Between 2012 and 2016, he was a lecturer on the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Training and Team Development at I.S.P.A.- IU.<\/p>\r\n<p>Since 2016, he has been a member of the Rock in Rio Academy coordination team.<\/p>\r\n<p>Since 2013, he has been honoured several times as one of the most influential people (among more than a million participants) in the Harvard LinkedIn group.<\/p>\r\n<p>Since January 2020, he has been a member of the strategic board of the City of Guarda&#8217;s bid to become European Capital of Culture 2027.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Researcher in the areas of Corporate Governance, Organisational Sustainability, Leadership and Team Management.<\/p>\r\n<p>Between 2020 and 2021, he attended the \u2018Leadership and Innovation\u2019 programme at MIT Professional Education.<\/p>\r\n<p>Since 2021, he has been co-coordinator of the \u2018Hi-Tech Leadership\u2019 programme at NOVA School of Sciences and Technology, NOVA FCT. In March 2021, in recognition of MIT&#8217;s values of \u2018excellence, meritocracy, courage, humility, curiosity, passion for solving difficult problems and a strong desire to contribute to society\u2019, he was honoured with the \u201cFire Hydrant Award\u201d by MIT Professional Education. In May 2021, with the support of Jornal de Neg\u00f3cios, he co-created the first solidarity NFT in Portugal, raising funds to support the ** SOS Children&#8217;s Villages**.
